Information collected

We store the email address you submit, the companies you select, consent and verification timestamps, subscription status, and email delivery events such as delivery, bounce, complaint, or suppression. We also store identifiers for roles already sent so retrying a scan does not normally send duplicate alerts.

How it is used

This information is used only to verify your opt-in, deliver matching role alerts, let you manage your selected companies, process unsubscribe requests, prevent duplicate delivery, and protect the service from abuse.

Service providers

GitHub Pages hosts this public page, Supabase stores subscription data and runs the private API, and Resend delivers email and reports delivery events. Subscriber data is not stored in the GitHub repository or published role files.

Your choices

Nothing is selected by default. Alerts begin only after email verification. Every alert includes links to manage companies and unsubscribe. Suppressed or unsubscribed records may be retained when necessary to honor opt-outs, investigate delivery problems, and prevent abuse.

Security and scope

The tracker does not collect résumés, job applications, passwords, or private application notes. Secure management links should not be shared because anyone with the link can manage that subscription.
